Pink Day Raises £1,374.12 for Breast Cancer

On Sunday 7th October the Barlaston Lady members held their annual “Pink Day” to raise funds for Breast Cancer.
A variety of events including a Raffle, Name the Teddy, cake sale, Auction, Golf Competition and Mr Brian Scott dyeing his hair pink contributed to the magnificent total of £1,374.12.
The Lady Captain was delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor of Stoke on Trent, Councillor Lilian Dodd who visited the club on Sunday morning to give support to the event.
The Lady Captain thanks all members who contributed and helped raise funds for such a worthy cause.

The “Pink Day” ladies competition was won by Lynne Harrison.
